1Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "gmp99" refers to the online betting platform accessible at gmp99.best, including all websites, applications, and services operated under the GMP99 brand.
• "Member" or "Player" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the GMP99 platform.
• "Account" refers to a member's personal profile used to access GMP99 services, including account balance, betting history, and account settings.
• "Games" refers to all types of betting activities available on gmp99, including slots, Live Casino, baccarat, Sports Betting, lottery, e-sports, and all other games.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, matched funds, free spins, or other financial benefits awarded by GMP99 to members.
• "Wagering" refers to the minimum wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn from an account.
• "Fraud" refers to any deliberate action taken to gain an unfair advantage over GMP99 or other players through means that violate the rules.

These terms govern the relationship between GMP99 and all its members, and apply to all activities on the platform without exception.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use GMP99 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 21 years of age and above at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Resident in Malaysia and accessing the platform from within Malaysia.
• Have an active Malaysian phone number and a valid email address.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list on any betting platform.
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any GMP99 employee or any gaming software company partnered with GMP99.

Gmp99 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. If you provide false information regarding your eligibility, gmp99 reserves the right to close the account and freeze all funds pending investigation.

3Registration & KYC Verification

Each member is permitted to hold only one account only at gmp99. Opening multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Full name as stated on your identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Accurate date of birth for age verification purposes.
• An active Malaysian phone number capable of receiving SMS verification.
• An active email address that is monitored regularly.

Gmp99 carries out a KYC (Know Your Customer) process that may require you to submit a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or other supporting documents. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal exceeding RM 1,000 and may be requested at any time for security purposes.

Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of the request may result in your account being temporarily suspended until verification is finalised.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on GMP99 are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted payment methods are:

• GrabPay — deposits and withdrawals
• Boost — deposits and withdrawals
• ShopeePay — deposits and withdrawals
• DuitNow — deposits and withdrawals
• FPX online banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and other major Malaysian banks

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM 10. There is no maximum daily deposit limit unless you set one yourself in your account settings. Deposits are typically credited within 1–3 minutes.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. Withdrawals below RM 5,000 are processed in under 3 minutes during normal hours. Withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 may take 1–24 hours subject to security checks. No withdrawal fees are charged for standard methods.

Funds held in a GMP99 account do not earn interest. GMP99 is not liable for delays caused by payment providers or technical issues beyond our control.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Gmp99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering requirements for each bonus are clearly stated on the respective promotions page.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Gmp99 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without first meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• Bets placed using bonus funds may be subject to a maximum stake per round — typically RM 20 per slots round and RM 100 per baccarat round while wagering requirements are active.
• Certain games may be excluded from wagering contribution calculations or may contribute at a different rate. A full list is provided in the relevant promotion terms.

GMP99 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus and any winnings derived from it if GMP99 has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was misused, obtained fraudulently, or used for bonus arbitrage.

6Game Rules

All games offered by GMP99 — including slots, live baccarat, dragon tiger, sic bo, blackjack, roulette, Super League and EPL football betting, e-sports, and lottery — are subject to the following rules:

• All game outcomes use RNG technology that has been independently audited by eCOGRA. Results are final and cannot be disputed.
• Any technical issues during gameplay — including internet connection disruptions on the player's end — are the player's own responsibility. gmp99 is not liable for losses caused by connection interruptions.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the gmp99 system cannot be cancelled or altered by the player.
• GMP99 reserves the right to void or cancel any game round in the event of a manifest technical error, such as incorrect odds being displayed or payout errors caused by a software fault. Any funds involved will be returned to the player's account balance.
• For Sports Betting, GMP99 uses recognised third-party odds providers. Any disputes relating to football match or e-sports results will be referred to the official league source or the relevant governing body.

Gmp99 reserves the right to limit the bet size of any player at any time without providing a reason. This is a standard risk management measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the player's part.

7Account Security & Responsibility

You are the legitimate gmp99 account holder and bear full responsibility for all activity that takes place in your account. Your account security responsibilities include:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Avoid using public devices or unsecured public WiFi networks to access your GMP99 account.
• Report to GMP99 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation by contacting support@gmp99.best.
• Update your password regularly using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for an added layer of security.

Gmp99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account secure. However, we will cooperate fully in any investigation if a security breach is reported.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gmp99 platform and may result in account closure and the freezing of all funds:

• Opening more than one account or registering using another person's identity.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to play or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to cheat in multiplayer games or Sports Betting (match-fixing).
• Bonus arbitrage — registering solely to exploit promotions rather than for genuine entertainment purposes.
• Money laundering or using the gmp99 platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Using abusive, disruptive, or threatening language or behaviour toward GMP99 support staff or other players in multiplayer games.
• Accessing the GMP99 platform from any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under local law.

9Account Suspension, Restrictions & Closure

GMP99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to submit requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by members under the responsible gaming programme.
• Instructions from the relevant competent authorities.

If your account is closed due to a violation, gmp99 reserves the right to hold all funds in the account while an investigation is ongoing. If the investigation clears you of any wrongdoing, your funds will be returned within 5 business days. If a violation is established, funds may be forfeited at gmp99's discretion.

10Responsible Gaming

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limits: Set your own maximum deposit limit in your account settings.

• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Choose a cooling-off period of 7 days, 1 month, or 3 months.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account at your own request.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the GMP99 platform — including logos, brand name, graphic designs, user interface, software code, text, images, and audiovisual content — is the exclusive property of GMP99 or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law.

You are not permitted to:

• Copying, distributing, or reproducing any part of the GMP99 platform without written authorisation.
• Using the GMP99 brand name or logo for any commercial or personal purpose without prior authorisation.
• Removing or altering any copyright notices or proprietary markings from any content on the platform.
• Reverse engineering, copying, or stealing gmp99's software or technology.

12Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

GMP99 provides its betting and entertainment platform on an "as is" basis, with no express or implied guarantees regarding winnings or game outcomes. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

Gmp99 is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting activity, including unsuccessful wins or in-game losses.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from account hacking caused by the player's own negligence in safeguarding their password.
• The content of any third-party websites that may be linked from the GMP99 platform.

GMP99's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the total amount you have deposited into your account within the 30 days preceding the claim.

13Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Gmp99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant amendments via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the GMP99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all funds before the amendment takes effect.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the GMP99 platform shall be resolved through the following procedure:

• First Stage: Contact the GMP99 support team via live chat or email. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 3 working days.
• Second Level: If you remain unsatisfied, the complaint may be escalated to gmp99 senior management for review within 14 days.
• Third Level: Disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to a mutually agreed upon independent mediation body.

Malaysian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Malaysia.
